At Brookies Rural Traders, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for the job. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items such as livestock feed or custom-cut materials may be subject to specific return restrictions.

  Contact Our Team

  Reach out to our customer service department via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
